Do you handle more than oil changes?
Yes. We do much more than oil changes. Work may include inspections, brakes, cooling, A/C, batteries, suspension, electrical tests, and transmission or engine repair. We inspect the car before confirming the exact scope.
What does “independent dealership alternative” mean?
We are a local repair shop, not a dealer owned by a vehicle maker. We service select Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and MINI Cooper vehicles but are not part of those manufacturers. Ask us to explain the test results, estimate, and approval steps before work begins.
What should I share when the vehicle is not driving normally?
Share the year, model, mileage and any dashboard message. Explain when the change happens, such as during a cold start, braking, turning or highway driving. Include recent repairs and when the problem began. You do not need to guess which part failed.
