Is my online service request a confirmed appointment?

No. The form sends your details to us. Your visit is confirmed only after we contact you and agree on a date and time.

What information should I include?

Include the year, make, model, mileage, warning lights and symptoms. Say when the problem began and when you hope to visit.

What if my vehicle is unsafe to drive?

Do not drive a vehicle that may be unsafe. Arrange appropriate roadside or towing help, then call us before sending the vehicle so we can confirm intake timing.
